The SEAL Compass is a systematic curriculum composed of 12 stages, of 4 courses each, where the mastery of 5 vital sets of competencies is achieved through a groundbreaking learning approach, placing human development at its core, unleashing strengths and elevating their academia performance. This program is designed to harness students' strenghts in various aspects of life, encouraging students to accomplish challenging projects that promote metacognition development, strengths awareness, social and emotional intelligence, and positive habits, further developing their executive functions.

Metacognition module:
1. Understanding Metacognition
2. Application of Metacognitive Strategies
3. Self-Reflection and Goal Setting
4. Metacognitive Regulation
5. Collaborative Learning and Communication
6. Continuous Improvement
7. Evaluation and Assessment
Strengths Exploration module:
1. Educate Phase: Creating awareness of the existence of strengths.
2. Engage Phase: Exposing everyone to various activities repeatedly.
3. Evaluate Phase: Mapping out strengths and limitations.
4. Eliminate Phase: Reflective process to gain a deeper understanding of how to leverage strengths and overcome limitations.
5. Elevate Phase: Practicing the strengths to mastery, allowing it to be applied in multiple aspects of life.
Social and Emotional Intelligence module:
1. Analyze global events related to social injustice and complex ethical dilemmas related to social justice
2. Collaborate in groups to present findings on social justice issues
3. Discuss personal experiences related to social justice challenges
4. Identify emotional responses to social injustice
5. Analyze how emotional responses impact group dynamics
6. Practice empathy and active listening
7. Show empathy and propose solutions to social injustice
8. Synthesize insights on promoting social justice
9. Adjust social justice plans based on introspective activities.
Habitology module:
1. Students will gain a holistic understanding of self-awareness, social dynamics, communication, sustainability, financial literacy, well-being, civic responsibilities, legal comprehension, and technology literacy.
Strength-Based Project Management module:
1. Analyze emerging trends in climate justice and UNSDG 13 using 5Whys analysis.
2. Design research projects addressing climate justice challenges, demonstrating proficiency in research design and execution.
3. Engage in stakeholder dialogue by advocating evidence-based solutions and promoting inclusive decision-making.
4. Lead collaborative initiatives focusing on climate justice and UNSDG 13, mobilizing support and fostering collaboration for sustainable development.
