Below are the detailed competencies objectives of the course:

Social Emotional Intelligence:
1. Students will identify their responsibilities in promoting social justice.
2. Students will create plans to use their voices to support people facing social injustice and identify ways to promote social justice in their community.

Habitology:
1. Students will understand the connection between the quality of life and sustainability.
2. Students will learn about waste management in school.
3. Students will analyze alternative energy, clean energy, and green energy.
4. Students will investigate various types of recyclables, compost, and e-waste generated at the school.

The Hyouman has been developing lean process solutions based on strength-based education and Positive Discipline for schools since 2019, allowing students to unleash their strengths and elevate their academia performance. With a library of over a thousand materials developed under 5 vital sets of competencies, namely Metacognition, Strengths Exploration, Social & Emotional Intelligence, Habitology, and Strength-Based Project Management, we have tested and improved our educational resources in international schools in Indonesia.

Our course materials are organized in stages and modules, where:
* each Stage is composed of 4 courses that need to be completed in order to move to the next Stage.
* each Stage is equivalent to a grade level, therefore, Stage 1 is equivalent to grade 1, stage 2 is equivalent to grade 2 and so on.
