1. Students will know how to respond to situation in terms of clarifying or requesting clarification.
2. Students will be able to give information (in the context of clarification).
3. Students will be able to ask information if they don't understand in public.
4. Students will understand the correct people to answer specific questions.

* each stage is composed of 4 courses that need to be completed in order to move to the next stage.
* each stage is equivalent to a grade level, therefore, stage 1 is equivalent to grade 1, stage 2 is equivalent to grade 2 and so on.
