Welcome to "Introduction to Social Emotional Intelligence" course!

SEAL Dojo is a comprehensive self-paced program designed to unleash educators' strengths and enhance their executive function, aligning with their mission to prepare students for the journey of life. SEAL Dojo's program encompasses seven courses including SEAL Compass, Metacognition, Social Emotional Intelligence, SBPM (Strength-Based Project Management), Habitology, Strengths, and Design Thinking.

This introductory course aims to equip educators with strategies to nurture students' social emotional intelligence (SEI). Teachers will learn techniques to help students develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, and responsible decision-making. By fostering a supportive and empathetic classroom environment, educators can promote academic and non-academic success, as well as positive interpersonal relationships among students.

Throughout this course, educators will:
1. Define the "Social Emotional Intelligence" module within the SEAL Compass course.
2. Understand the learning cycle and competencies of the "Social Emotional Intelligence" module within SEAL Compass.
3. Understand the suggested classroom setting for the the "Social Emotional Intelligence" module within SEAL Compass.
