This introductory course equips educators with insights to help students explore and analyze their personal strengths, skills, and interests, guiding them towards informed decisions about future endeavors. By the course's end, educators will be prepared to empower students in leveraging their strengths for academic and professional success, enhancing their readiness for the challenges of the future.
Throughout this course, educators will:
1. Be able to describe the concept of strength-based teaching and its importance in the educational context.
2. Be able to identify strengths in the general educational context based on the SEAL Assessment, and propose effective strategies for leveraging these strengths in teaching practices.
