This introduction course equips educators to understand and implement the SEAL Compass learning approach. Teachers will learn the learning cycle, classroom setting, and metacognitive assessments required. They'll also compare conventional project-management with SEAL Compass, adapting methodologies for student success.

Throughout this course, educators will:
1. Be able to explain the learning cycle of SEAL Compass.
2. Be able to describe the classroom setting of SEAL Compass and compare the conventional project-management course design with the SEAL Compass style.
3. Be able to describe the metacognitive assessment required to finish the SEAL Compass learning cycle.
4. Be able to recall the steps of metacognitive assessment guide in a SEAL Compass classroom.
